    Love these leggings! And yes they run small. I am 5 ft 3. My waist is 25. My hips are 34 1/2. I usually wear an XS in leggings. But I got size Medium, and the fit is perfect. I probably could wear a small in these, but they would fit very snug. The medium fits just a little looser. Depends on how you like them. I am sure they will stretch...but I almost sure a XS in these would be tiny. I would buy more colors if available. I would purchase more of this brand. Will watch for it in the future.
