    Good quality little pot at a great price. The top's "Thermal Gauge" is weird. It registers the heat in the pot (in centigrade, by the way), but very slowly. Boiling stuff in the pot doesn't get anywhere near 100 degrees unless it's boiled for a long time. Can't find any help or use instructions re: gauge in any of the manufacturer's info online, and nothing came with the pot.
