It constricts the shirt's stretch and is just not very attractive. Also, have bought several Bobby Jones shirts from STP in the past and the size M has always been generously sized. This M was a tight fit. Just not a good shirt in our book and certainly not representative of our experience with the Bobby Jones brand in the past.

I need a 36 inch inseam, and these are exactly just long enough. So they are long, but not crazy long. They are definitely 36. The fabric is soft and they look great.
