I’m 5’4’ and 115 lbs and the xs fits great. The sleeves are a tad long (maybe 1 inch), but not too bad. Probably won’t work for super cold mn winter days, but should be fine for milder days.

I was happy to see the fur trim is detachable. I am 5'6", 160lbs, 38D, and ordered the XL because of the bust and past experience with the Columbia brand being less than generous in the chest area. The chest area just fit, however the sleeves were SO long and the rest of the body was huge. If you are long, lean, and not particularly buxom this may work great for you and I would suggest ordering your regular size. It just didn't work for me and my particular build.
