    These tights are of a substantial sweater-type knit, yet soft and cozy. I got the navy in size 3/5, fits my tall 3 year old granddaughter with room for growth. The dots don't stand out, but make a nice texture. Couldn't give 5 stars because they haven't been washed yet, but I really like these.

    They are socks and they are fine. I purchased these for my daughter in order to receive additional savings from STP on another item. They are probably sized a little small, but they fit my 3 year old normal sized child.
