    I was fairly confident that I would be returning this when I ordered it. But to my surprise it turned out to be a good value. 500 lumens is REALLY bright and the extension feature is turns out to be really useful. Thus far the battery seems quite impressive as well. The provided usb charge cable is tiny, but at this point almost everyone has tons of them lying around.

    In the 5 times our electricity has been shut down so far this summer 3 have been during evening into night. These lamps have been great ..we have 2 now. They have indicators of how much power is left which is very helpful. Seem sturdy and look much better than those only for camping .

    The problem with most campfire grill racks is their awkward shape when folded up. They are usually bulky and hard to pack. Well, this little thing fits into my “kitchen box” for car camping. It’s a compact stainless steel cylinder the length of a kitchen knife. It’s a bit heavy for backpacking. But you probably wouldn’t use campfire on a back country trip anyway. Perfect for your car camping kit.
