The watch is substantial, it has a great presence, and the Rosegold dial and inserts are beautiful. Very satisfied.

Great automatic diver's watch that glowsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Gus1Gus1 from McLean, VA on Wednesday, December 2, 2009This Fortis Marinemaster watch is a great overall dive watch that can also be worn casually. It has a reliable ETA 2836-2, 25 jewel movement. The dial is coated with Superluminova and really glows once charged up with light. At 42 mm wide, it's a slightly big watch, but certainly not too big compared to some of today's behemoth watches that run 44-46mm. Rubber strap is sporty and can be cut to size. I believe the case is brushed steel and and the crystal is sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. I do not believe the crown is a screw-down crown, however, which I perceive as a slight negative for a diver's watch. It does have a water-resistant rating 200 m.
