5.0 out of 5 stars. Love these shoes!Verified Buyer Reviewed by SCShopper from South Carolina on Thursday, March 17, 2016This is the 3rd pair of Mizunos that I've tried and are definitely the ones I like the best. I was starting to have some problems with my feet and noticed that my old Brooks shoes were not holding my heel in place and were narrow in the toe area. The reviews of other Sierra customers convinced me to try Mizuno. Although I am not a runner, I find these shoes to work for walking and low impact aerobics. Inserts are not needed because the Wave 18 holds my heel in place and provides ample toe room with no seams in the toe area. I wear a 6 - 6 1/2 regular shoe and ordered a 7 1/2 Mizuno which works great.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love Mizuno shoes and you can't beat SIerra prices!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Albuquerque, NM on Monday, March 14, 2016I have a high arch and high instep so finding running shoes that fit well can be a challenge. I've had good luck with Mizuno and these are no different, except that they were a good price and Sierra is an awesome company to deal with if you need to return something. This is also a great-looking shoe... fun but not too flashy, not boring black/grey and not old-fashioned white. I don't really enjoy running (I'm a cyclist) but these have made it much better. They fit true to size as far as I can tell.
