I wanted this as a hiking backpack for weekend trips on the Oregon trails, and for my 3 month trip packing carry on only for Thailand this next summer. I love the layout of the pack, it's the perfect size, and the features are great! (Adjustable straps, fannypack hip belt pockets, rainfly etc.) I love Thule as a brand because they make quality products that last. Ever since I got my first Thule bag I've been pretty loyal to the brand. The material is always sturdy, and the zipper and clips hold up! Overall I'm very happy with this backpack and Thule.
