It is lightweight but extremely clunky and is just a miss. I returned them.

I've owned many pairs of Merrell boots (for hiking and for cold-weather wear), and these are much too narrow to be comfortable. In addition, they are uninsullated, so not the best for winter wear.

Needed a pair of boots that weren't too hot and bulky, and that could take me from home to parking lot at work and back again without too much effort. They fit the bill. They are attractive, although none of the detail of buckle and contrast material can be seen by anyone but me. I have a narrow foot and have worn 8M for years. I had to buy an 7.5M in these.

Replaced the insert with super feet to relieve her achy foot. Need some break in but after a few outing the boot finally settled. She receives lots of complements from her friends; the styling, insulation and waterproof material helped kept her feet dry and comfortable against the cold wet autumn days. Merrell has delivered once again!

So many times I've bought boots that feel like you're just wearing a box on your foot, but not this boot! It fits like a glove and I can wear it all day without it tiring my foot.

I wear a 9 narrow shoe and purchased a 9m. The toe of the boots fit well but the heels were too wide for my narrow feet. So I sadly had to send them back. Other than that they were comfortable with a good gripping sole.
