THANKFULLY Merrell sent me a coupon to replace them one I sent them photos. They were a joy to deal with as far as returning items go. I love Merrell boots, and was so disappointed in these!

I have three pairs of Merrell sneakers in size 9 and they fit great. This pair is like whole size too big. And they feel so heavy on feet, like exercising with extra weights!

I have brought them in every color and multiples of them, so I never run out. I am on my feet all day, and the insole is fantastic!! They're warm, fashionable, and comfortable for the win!!

Sadly it's past the 30 day return window so I guess I will try and see if I can get them repaired or buy a different pair.

They always fit great and were comfortable. Not these. They might possibly be the most uncomfortable boots I've ever worn. They have the worst shoe laces for sure. They are a hard nylon lace and you can't sinch the boots up at all. Leaving an unsecure fit. After a few hours wearing them my feet start to hurt. And that is after upgrading the insoles.

Surprising move for Merrell... I guess if you're the type who likes pink jeeps to muck around in... Just don't ask too much if you do go hiking. Pure marketing energy here. I don't think they'll last long, either. Mine weren't all that comfortable right out of the box; they are very breathable tho. Sketchy lacing system and heel/ankle grip doesn't feel reliable (no way for lock lacing to snug that heel). Thought they'd be fun to wear and maybe they are, esp at the closeout price!
