Warm enough for winter, but not water proof. However, Minnesota winter needs another one over it. Looks very good and stylish.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Stylish, cozy gloves to keep the chill out

Not sure about some people's expectations for microfleece, but that would not be the best choice for the dead of winter in a northern climate, or for shoveling snow. Fleece is not waterproof or windproof, and microfleece is thin. These gloves are very cozy and warm for moderately cold days, and are great for driving, with the leather palms. They fit well for a one-size (I usually wear a Med). They are comfortably stretchy, not bulky, and have a slender feminine fit, without being tight. The cuffs are high enough so that your wrists are not exposed, and the thin strap is a nice feature. The only negative is that the thumbs on the black ones are disproportionately long for some reason, but it's not really an issue. I don't know about durability - they seem a bit delicate - but they are a good value for what they are, and I would buy them again.

Though the fleece of these gloves is thin they will be plenty warm enough for running errands. The leather palm will make them good for driving.

I like these gloves! They are quite warm without being bulky. I have found I can drive quite easily in them. The combination of warmth and being user-friendly is hard to find in gloves. They also are feminine looking - another feature I like. I would highly recommend these gloves.

I wanted a thin warm glove. After 5 minutes of shoveling my fingertips were frozen and I put these away and got out an old warm pair. These are more for use driving, or quick spurts in the cold. Really nice looking, but not for any prolonged activity in the cold.
