3.0 out of 5 stars. Good shoe size offVerified Buyer Reviewed by stacie from pa on Saturday, April 14, 2018The shoe is built nice and the tread would have worked out too. I am a womens size 6 in all shoes. I wear Merrells Low , Mid and high cut for hiking all year round . I was disappointed when these size 6 fit at least 1/2 size to small. Even with only my sock liner they didn't fit.

1.0 out of 5 stars. Not waterproofReviewed by Anonymous from WI/MO on Tuesday, March 20, 2018I purchased a pair in October. They must be for fair weather outdoor people because it is now March and my feet are soaked. They started out waterproof. I could walk in streams, go for hikes in the snow, and now not even 6 months later they are soaked just walking through wet grass...
They are very comfortable and have great tread, however if you are looking for a true waterproof boot, you will be in the market for a new pair in short order depending on you activity level. -
4.0 out of 5 stars. Runs largeVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Colorado on Tuesday, March 20, 2018I usually wear a size 6, sometimes a 5 1/2 but rarely in an athletic type of shoe. The size 6 was more like a 6 1/2 or 7 so I had to return. I also realized that I prefer ankle support in a hiking shoe.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice Mid HikerVerified Buyer Reviewed by fly4food from California on Wednesday, February 21, 2018These are true to size and very comfortable. They appear to be very well constructed and I look forward to hiking many miles in the Sierra back country in them.

4.0 out of 5 stars. OkayVerified Buyer Reviewed by Yosemite girl from California on Saturday, February 10, 2018I was a little disappointed with these shoes and the inside sole support because Merrell's shoes are high quality so I returned them. They look really nice on but I need the inside support because I would wear them all day.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Merrell Capra BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by pate from Napa on Wednesday, February 7, 2018I really wanted to love these as I have been wearing Merrell clogs for quite some time. Unfortunately, after walking around in the house for @2 hours I got cramp like pains in my lower legs. I normally wear 6 1/2-7 shoe and ordered the 7 to allow for thick hiking socks. But they are not going to work for me.So alas, I had to return them.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent purchase!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Dallas on Wednesday, January 17, 2018I am so glad I bought these for rainy days; I was tired of my shoes being soaked and these have held up perfectly! I would agree with others that they are a little more narrow than your typical Merrell shoe, but I have narrow feet, so I actually prefer the snug fit.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Comfy but nothing specialVerified Buyer Reviewed by Sam from California on Saturday, December 2, 2017These shoes feel like you're walking on pillows but that's not exactly what you want in a hiking shoe. They're a bit floppy and your foot moves around a lot inside them when you walk, even if they fit well. The green is a beautiful color, but I am returning them anyway.
