Most Helpful 5-Star Review

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice, thick, warm and reasonably priced

When my boyfriend's coat was stolen, so was his hat and gloves. Given how cold it is where we live, waiting to replace them was not an option. He had a pair of gloves like these and balked at the price they charged at Macy's for a similar design. He said the quality of those wasn't very good. I took a chance and ordered these, figuring I could return them if they were duds. He loved them and has mentioned a few times how much nicer they were than the pair that were stolen. He's not one to rave about things, so I consider it high praise.

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Well made glove runs slightly small

This appears to be a well made glove, of high quality materials. I have large hands and ordered the XL. Usually XL ifs my hand perfectly, even leaving room for the glove liners which I wear on very cold days. This pair was very tight. I tried to convince myself they would stretch because I did like them, but ultimately I decided they were too tight and I returned them. I wonder if they were mis-sized as my wife tried them on (she wears a ladies L) and even she said they were "small" for an XL. Shame, as they seem like great gloves for driving and dressier use.

We do not live in a very cold climate, so these gloves are almost too warm, but they are comfortable, sturdy and look nice.

Really nice gloves for casual were. I wouldn't were them with a suit and as an avid shooter I can say they are not a shooting glove as described. They are a little bulky for shooting but not bulky at all for casual were. They are very dark brown.

Good-looking gloves that work with dress clothes or jeans. The leather is really soft and supple, but not intended for gripping tools or picking up small objects. The gloves are thermal-lined and extremely warm.
