It has room for a laptop or tablet, 2 little organizer pockets and a nice hard case at the top for sunglasses or your phone. I'm still able to fit two 33oz. Waterbottles and a sweatshirt in the main area. Zippers are smooth and zipper pulls are strong. The shoulder straps are very comfortable as well. I think it's a 21 liter pack, but it doesn't look funny on a big guy. Very happy with this pack so far

This is a nice smaller sized back pack. I like the hard case for sunglasses or phone. Big enough to cary the necessities but not too big that you over-stuff it and kill your back carrying it. Definitely worth the price.
