Soft, comfortable polyester with polypropylene sleeves from the elbow area down. True to size with ample sleeve length and plenty of shirt tail to tuck into your pants. Good looking, appears very well made. Fantastic price too.

I don’t believe it should be used for any strenuous exercise, I wouldn’t wear it running. But if you need a base layer where you are active, non-aerobically, I think it’s great. Perfect for wading or skiing. Again, I would not run a half marathon in it.
