I can wear the larger size as well, they stretch (8 shoe). Not sure about warmth yet, comfort is good.

But the bag contained two different pairs of socks, which were different sizes - not what we need. Socks were medium thick, did not seem like 'hefty' was the right term. Otherwise fine, not sure what made them seconds. Easy to return with STP, we'll look for something else.
