My head is on a smaller side for an adult and this hat won't begin to go on. It is definitely child size.

It wouldn't even go on my head and I have a smaller size than average. Really surprised this got through without being noticed. Waste of money.

I'm glad he likes it, because it doesn't fit anyone else in the house. It's nice looking, appears well made, and is warm and not itchy, due to the snuggly lining. If you have a small cranium or plan to buy it for a child, order away.
