I bought an XS that I can wear with a thermal underneath, the bust is slightly snug but I feel ok for running. But I probably could fit in a small too. So I think it runs small! The price is good for the quality and it covers your butt to keep warm.

Still extra room for underlayers. Comfortable and relaxed fit that goes over my rump (I'm short at 5'0). Fine for casual stuff and walking dogs.

Washes well and cleans up nicely. Definitely a steal at this price. I purchased the lavender and yellow and love them both!

I ran in these in 30 degree weather and was very comfortable, maybe a little too warm. The tailoring is really weird though. I generally buy pants that are 36x32 and ordered a size large. They were comfortable around the waist but i would have liked them to be an inch or two longer. I have 23 inch thighs and 19 inch calves. The cuffs are very tight (no zipper) and the pants are very tapered, so, they were very tight around my calves. They were reasonably form fitting around my thighs. While I was running, the tight cuffs meant that the pants kept getting pulled down, which led to an awkward run. These may work for someone with a differently shaped body, but now me.
