3.0 out of 5 stars. DisappointedReviewed by Anonymous from Maine on Wednesday, December 10, 2014Been looking for a longer light jacket for awhile and this looked promising to wear to work as well as out and about or on the trail. The fabric and weight was was great, the construction seemed good, the color was okay. Fit in the shoulders and sleeves and the length was nice, but the waist was well above mine and there was no room for my bust. I could have made it work if the elastic tightness was adjustable, but there was no such option. So, if you are short waisted and not too chesty, this will work for you. Columbia and all you others...women have chests and need room for them....please take this into consideration in your designs and fit models.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Lightweight Long JacketVerified Buyer Reviewed by Fractals rule! from Nevada on Saturday, October 18, 2014This a very good looking in style and a little dressy--for the city. "Mineshaft" is a gray-brown color. The elastic waist is also higher in the back for me but doesn't seem to make a real difference in comfort. The fabric is very lightweight, so--perfect for early fall and spring when you might just need a little more but it's not fleece time.

3.0 out of 5 stars. A "miss" from ColumbiaReviewed by Susu from NC on Monday, June 23, 2014This has to be the ugliest, most ill-fitting jacket I have ever tried. First of all the mineshaft color was not appealing at all to me even though I was looking for a neutral tone. More importantly, however, was the fit. The "adjustable" waist rode well above my waistline in the back. And the cuffs did snap but would not offer much protection from the elements.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Wardrobe EssentialVerified Buyer Reviewed by IV from Bedford Hills NY on Friday, May 23, 2014The fabric is soft and a bit silky. It drapes nicely, especially the collar. It is perfect for warm rainy days. And it makes the transition from outdoor activities to town rather well. The waist seems placed a bit too high.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Nice lightweight jacketReviewed by Anonymous from Kentucky on Monday, March 24, 2014The jacket has a nice style with the fitted waist and bust seams, it doesn't hang straight but accents your curves. I ordered a medium which the size chart shows a bust of 36-38, and for me at 36 it is very form fitting. I also don't think I could wear a sweater or sweatshirt under this, probably a large would have been a better choice. I like it too much to return, will wear on slightly cool or rainy days.
