It breathes really well, and is fitted enough to be flattering (really love the seams in the front) but cut to allow a full range of motion.
It is true to size - I'm 5'4", about 135 lbs, and medium fit exactly the way I expected it to.
I definitely like the length; no matter what I was doing, it never crept up to expose skin on my belly or lower back (I'm going to try to upload a photo to show that).
The v-neck isn't low at all (and I prefer to not have lower necklines for my hiking/gym shirts) but I like it better than just a plain tee-shirt neckline.
With STP's prices, it's a great value... I just wish it came in more colors, because I'd buy several!!
