They went though the ringer on a recent hike and rock scrambling trip in Yosemite at 23 F. Warm and durable. As mentioned in another review, the fabric does not stretch but the inner lining allows enough movement, they are neither stiff nor restricting. Can't wait to try them for snowshoeing.

These pants don't stretch at all, so i have to return them. Also, i chose my classic size which is 4 but they were a little bit too small (small waist). Too bad i liked the lining, the length of these pants and the overall fit.

They don't have stretch but the lining is knit and the cut is snug through the waist and hips and then loose in the legs, so very comfortable for active wear. Lots of pockets. There are 6" zippers at the bottom of the legs. I had to shorten the pants a couple of inches so the zippers are not that useful for me...

I'm 5'2" and standing on my tip toes I still wasn't tall enough for these pants.
