PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS ~Reviewed by My Two Cents from Southern Utah on Monday, October 20, 2014This shell is extremely lightweight, quite good at stopping the wind, small and stuffable, a pretty color, and has a high mock collar to cover your neck. It's hard to find 'ultralight' gear without having to pay for the technical stuff. Perfect for walking the dogs.
Of course it isn't waterproof, it's only water resistant - the cuffs and waist are not adjustable so cold wind can sneak in that way and if you have the mock collar up the ends of the ties at the top of the high mock collar can whip you in the face if it's very windy.
All in all - for the price you can't beat it.
