1.0 out of 5 stars. Lorpen: Worst Socks EVER!!Reviewed by The Sanity Cruzer from Santa Cruz, CA on Wednesday, May 20, 2020I purchased many pairs of Lorpen socks and initial satisfaction was 'good'. After several uses (not that many), the socks lost their elasticity and became an ordeal to put on AND take off. I have never had this type of issue with any brand of socks, but Lorpen was consistent in this negative aspect. The socks, which were plenty big for my feet, got to the point where they were so difficult in getting on, that they started to rip when trying to pull them on over my heels. I will NEVER buy Lorpen socks again! On the other hand, I have been consistently very happy with Bridgedale socks (also sold by Sierra) and don't hesitate in recommending them. My Bridgedales have lasted for years and years.
