5.0 out of 5 stars. Comfortable, durable, and ready to stomp through anything.Verified Buyer Reviewed by Bend Mama from New Jersey ... but longing to move back to Oregon. on Friday, February 19, 2016These are my first real pair of hiking boots. I did a lot of research on what I was looking for any these are perfect. These fit my feet like a glove, provide comfortable warmth without overheating, and bead up water well. Mud washes off easily as well. With proper car (occasional cleaning and proofing), these guys should last a good long time. They obviously felt a little stiff at first, as all brand new leather does, but are so comfortable. No blisters, all happy.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Nice fitVerified Buyer Reviewed by NE Deb from Nebraska on Wednesday, December 23, 2015These are NOT a mountain boot but they are as advertised - a hiking boot. I plan to wear them turkey hunting and I think they will have plenty of support for that. They are comfortable and good looking. I can wiggle my toes in the toe box without slippage anywhere else.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great quality bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Petite in Bama from Alabama on Tuesday, December 22, 2015These were comfortable out of the box and seem to super well-made. (To me,
well-made means they must hold up for years and time will tell.)
I've worn them a few times for hikes/walks and they are performing well.
I expect they'll last many years. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Love! Small toeboxVerified Buyer Reviewed by Marley from Maryland on Friday, December 11, 2015I love these boots so much they were one of my most favorite boots that I tried on out of 12 however like in many boots the outside edge of my small toe was pressing against a seam in the leather. bummer. Superb price for a superb product.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Love these so far...Reviewed by Straubrey from Connecticut on Friday, November 27, 2015Bought these as a replacement for a very old pair of Vasque Sundowners (Made in Italy). They are a solid, sturdy boot with lots of ankle support. If you are looking for light weight, these are not for you. That being said, the uppers are relatively soft and flexible. I don't anticipate a long break in period. I think they run pretty true to size. I am a size 7 in street shoes, 7.5/39 in athletic shoes, width on the high side of B. The 7.5 in these boots fits great, with room for a superfeet insole and thick socks. They appear to be very well made, and I'm looking forward to many miles in them!

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Erin from New York on Monday, November 16, 2015Great boots. Took them on a 46er, Phelps Mountain, to break them in. Feet were super dry. Though my ankles were kind of sore after the hike, and the boot has great ankle protection but it did hurt after a little while. I plan on getting some pads or something. Other than that, great boots and I love them! I had been shopping around for a while and Sierra was phenomenal with returns - super easy. I would recommend these boots!

2.0 out of 5 stars. wanted to like these bootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by biker mom from ohio on Thursday, November 12, 2015After walking around the house for a few hours in these boots I wanted to like them--well made, good lacing system, comfortable around the ankles, good grip on soles, but the right toe bed was uncomfortable-seemed like it had no cushion at all, while the left foot was great. Perhaps it's just me or that particular pair of boots, but unfortunately, I had to send them back :(

5.0 out of 5 stars. Looking forward to a decade or twoVerified Buyer Reviewed by The sock dude from NY on Sunday, September 27, 2015Replaced my trusty old Garmonts with these. Phenomenal boots, comfortable, even on first long hike, very good ankle support, waterproof (wet tropical forest hike in Hawaii), solid grommet lacing system. I truly have no negatives, even sizing was quite good, perhaps a bit roomier than what I'm used to for my size 8. But I don't like tight fit boots (toe boxes), so these hit the mark. The grey blue was a bit darker than expected, but I would go with these again,

5.0 out of 5 stars. Lowas are the best for my feet, these are no exceptionVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Texahoma on Tuesday, September 22, 2015I am not too picky about shoes, but tried several from REI this summer that were just totally wrong. I was hesitant to buy shes from Sirera Trading Post because I knew I couldn't return them after truly field testing them. But these fit true to size (6.5), are well constructed, offer great support, and even have this new genius notch that makes sure my laces don't loosen. They are replacing some 5 year old Lowas I wore into the ground, and they seem up to the task.
