We are currently living with family while our house is being built and my Le Crueset Dutch oven is in storage with the rest of my good pans. I wasn’t expecting much for the price of this piece but was blow away when I received it. It is very heavy bottomed aluminum and the coating cleans easily and doesn’t stain. Highly recommended!

I cook grits, and leave it until after everyone eats and when you are ready to do clean up, you can wipe the grits out of the pot with your hands. I have not found anything that sticks!! I love Masterclass.
