Unfortunately, the closest Sierra store is over 500 miles away so I can't return them. The shoes seem to have a defect as the arch support runs the entire length of the shoe along the inside edge, which forces me to walk on the outside of my foot. Not only is it uncomfortable, it has caused serious pain all along the outside of my right foot. In addition, the right heel slips even when I tie them to prevent it. The left heel is fine, though. I have never ordered shoes online before, but I have another pair of Merrell Antora 3 trail runners that fit me perfectly, so I thought these would fit me. I would advise against ordering these shoes online unless you can easily return them.
