1.0 out of 5 stars. Arrived used and damagedReviewed by Smokey32 from Michigan on Tuesday, November 19, 2019I love these boot. Bought the blue ones 5 years ago. Tried to buy a pair of these black ones last year. Zipper broke on first use. Tried again this week. Boots arrived today. Shoe box was held together by scotch tape at the corners. Box was all kinds of beat up. Shoes had been worn (scuffed and things in the tread) and the best part was...........the zipper was broken. Didn't even try them on. Fastest return of my life. I've never returned an item within 5 mins of it showing up. Ouch

2.0 out of 5 stars. Look cheapReviewed by A from Kentucky on Wednesday, June 26, 2019The leather is paper thin, and looks like plastic or rubber. I've worn them a few times and now they look like slightly scuffed plastic or rubber - I can't imagine that they will ever develop any kind of interesting patina. These are also thickly lined with fabric and padding around the ankles, which makes them look oddly thick around the ankle and precludes summer use. Pass on these.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Lightweight and comfortableVerified Buyer Reviewed by Public Display Name from Auckland on Sunday, March 17, 2019Boots are light and leather seems fairly thin but are comfortable from Day 1, Leather does appear a little rubbery. Not sure they will last too long but at Sierra price that's not such a concern

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Boot for a great priceVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NC on Sunday, March 10, 2019I love this boot. I had read about reviews with the zipper issues but I have had zero issues. I would consider it more or a casual & dress boot than a true hiking boot. It is fleece/flannel lined which I like. Since the size is European I had to go down one size than what was recommended.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Nice boots but...Reviewed by Joe from California on Friday, March 1, 2019Despite the quality of leather, wonderful stitching, fit and finish and fabric lining, the zipper became in-operable after a couple month's use on the left boot - right in the middle of rainy season !! Oh well, probably why these were on clearance....wanted to buy a 2nd pr too. Still, I can wear on a clear day......

5.0 out of 5 stars. A 4 star rating Gets 6 starsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Palerider from NORCAL on Friday, February 22, 2019They fit true with a little pressure on top of my big toe but never noticed when active the zipper issue gets a 4 star rating. However I must add a star from STP for the price and add an extra a star for Pikolinos nice and light boot they have made I threw them on and out the door I went and it's been raining here in NORCAL the water is around two inches most any place I step in the yards pickin' oranges or down to the creek dealing with the erosion issues then the compost did some mowing in the front all day and half the night no problem just light and dry boot slopping around in the water like I was truth be told I was tryin' to know my limits. My socks were mostly dry least ways I never felt at any time cold or wet even though they both had some black dye transfer to my socks after all I was standing and stomping around in puddles for two days with several drops of water enough for a two tone tie-dyed sock. The cleats crimped to retain the zipper should be replaced with bigger gauge cleat. Keep that in mind when you order.
