Sure the cup is small but it is easy to get to even with one hand.the water stays cold all day. Big gulpers never need to use the cup, it's integrated with the cap so well you can forget about it.

After being filled an frozen solid it took two and a half days for the last of the ice to melt in an 80 degree room. Filled with boiling water (212 degrees) it took24 hors to cool to 160 degrees in the same room. Good enough for me!
