It looks and sounds like a garbage bag. The interior, while "duck down and feather" seems to have a thimble full of this material inside. I got it on clearance and even then I feel like I paid too much. No way this would hold up to a Minnesota winter.

B++Reviewed by Gillian C. from Queens, NY on Thursday, May 13, 2021I am surprised by some of the negative reviews here, as I find this coat cozy and cute, and offers an excellent value for the cost-conscious ($29.00 USD). I wish that it had a hood, but other than that, I give it a B++. I ordered the size large for my 5'9" 165 lb frame, and it fits perfectly; the length and sleeves are also proportioned well. The coat does run small; I recommend that you order ONE size up.

Runs small, order a size up. I'm always a small and this was restricting for arm movement and felt very snug.
Material is thin and shiny.
