The liner is a 1920s swimsuit style in a wool blend . It is very stretchy like a cozy full body girdle. The outer shift is stretchy polyester. Before the pieces are separated, you can try it on from the bottom ,make sure the tag is out of your way. That is how stretchy the shift is. I wish I could have an XL or a 1X. The medium is huge on my size 2/4 daughter, 4 inches available in the bust area. I easily got into the large but the pockets stick out. I am 5'2, 175 bust 42-44. It looks impossible to get on and off but it's okay.
The liner makes everything under the shift nice and shapely. I can't wait until I lose enough weight to wear my mediums.
