    Very heavy weight, beautiful cooking surface, can go into the oven on broil, and then is so beautiful on the outside due to the gorgeous enamel finish that you can bring it directly to the table even with guests. I wish i had bought 2 of them when Sierra still had them in stock, or that I had gotten the cobalt blue one as well. Love STAUB

    I bought one for myself and another for my daughter. The lowest price I could find for this exact item was $175, so WHAT A DEAL! I've become a huge fan of Staub products. I have two of their dutch ovens, as well. I love the black interior because it doesn't stain (as the cream colored Le Creusets do.) The enamel has depth and is so beautiful you will want to leave it on your stove all the time!
