2.0 out of 5 stars. ReturnVerified Buyer Reviewed by Pasadena Pal from California on Sunday, October 6, 2019Unfortunately, this was a returned item because of the rough material. It has a rougher fabric joined with a thin layer of terry cloth and it’s scratchy and uncomfortable. Maybe with multiple washings it softens up, but who is willing to chance it?

5.0 out of 5 stars. I really like these!Reviewed by Amelia from California on Saturday, September 7, 2019These towels are perfect for my family - they are made from Peshterry (flat-woven Turkish peshtemal style on one side, with absorbent terry on the other). We find them soft, but not plush, which is our preference. Both sides of the towel are super absorbent, despite the fact that it's thinner than a traditional towel. But that means it's lighter-weight and faster drying than regular towels, which is a bonus in our small, humid bathroom. This huge bath sheet rails for $40 on the Turkish Towel Company site, so I feel I really got a bargain.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Meh, not so royalVerified Buyer Reviewed by Tetonchief from WY on Wednesday, September 4, 2019Good size towel, but still waiting for some softness even after several washings. I never use fabric softener on towels because of the bacteria it holds, but I may need too try some if these towels don't improve. Going back to COSTCO next time.
