Sierra TP promptly shipped us replacements which, however, we never received. Another call to Customer Service advised us that Sierra would would try finding and getting original replacement pkg. to us, or refund the purchase price since the socks had sold out.
Altogether, not a good shopping experience for a long-time, formerly happy STP shopper. -
