2.0 out of 5 stars. Too heavy.Reviewed by Customer Care from Denver, CO on Thursday, July 25, 2013They are well made but are just too darn heavy. They are also very high with little ankle support so they give you the feeling they are top heavy.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Definitely a work boot...Reviewed by Coloradocut from Colorado on Wednesday, June 19, 2013I was torn as to whether I'd keep these boots or not. They are definitely sturdy...and heavy. I finally decided that I had plenty of uses. They'd be great for wearing while chopping wood around the camp site, rock hounding, clearing brush from around the house and working in the yard. As work boots go, they look good and otherwise fit and wear like a hiking boot.

5.0 out of 5 stars. very comfortable work shoesReviewed by workingMan70 from pennsylvania on Sunday, May 19, 2013These are the most comfortable work shoes I have ever worn. It is surprising considering the steel toes and reinforced shank, which in other work shoes I have owned, create the safety I needed, but the shoes feel like "work shoes". Besides the extra weight, these keen pittsburgh work shoes feel incredibly comfortable and no different than a pair of "light hikers". They look cool, too.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Comfort and safety with styleReviewed by Lolo3913 from Montana on Wednesday, April 10, 2013I have been wearing these every day for a week and have been really happy with the comfort right out of the box. They are the sturdiest low-top shoes I've ever owned, and the only compromise I can see is that they are fairly heavy if you have to walk much distance or just want them for office use. The aggressive sole and safety toe are ideal for construction sites and around machinery. Fit is true to size - I ordered a half size up and they feel plenty roomy.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Great for work and playReviewed by unknown from unknown on Thursday, April 4, 2013They operate like ankle high boots. I like the foot protection and support. My only critique would be the weight as they are heavier than other shoes of this type. They are much more durable though. Highly recommend!
